Abstract
U ovom završnom radu ukratko je opisan proces nastajanja ambalaže od valovitog kartona te su spomenuti materijali, strojevi i tehnologije koje se koriste u proizvodnji i preradi valovitog kartona. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada ispitana su mehanička svojstva noževa, odnosno reznih linija za rezanje kutija te ovisnost odabira noževa o vrstama podloge koju režemo. Napravljena je određena naklada na različitim vrstama podloge i izmjereni su tragovi trošenja noža ovisno o položaju na štanci i vrsti podloge koja je rezana. Eksperimentalni dio proveden je u tvornici Model pakiranja d.d. – tvornica ambalaže od valovitog kartona. Ispitivanja su opisana detaljno i prikazana mjerenjima.

| Abstract in english: | In this study briefly is described process od producing corrugated cardboard. Theoretical part is describing all materials, machines and technologies that are used in process of making and processing corrugated cardboard. Experimental part of study contains test that were made to exam mechanical properties of steel blades, and dependence of the blades and surfaces that are being cut. Certain editions were made on different types of currogated cardboard and after cutting they are measured to see how much blades, depending on the position of the stamping and the type of substrate that is cut, wears off during each process. The experimental part was carried out in the factory Model Pakiranje dd - Factory of corrugated cardboard packaging. The tests are described in detail and shown in the measurements. |
