Abstract
Termokromne boje mijenjaju obojenje pod utjecajem promjene okolne temperature, u području aktivacijske temperature same boje. Po vrsti nositelja obojenja termokromne boje se dijele na leukoboje i na boje na bazi tekućih kristala. Za razliku od termokromnih boja na bazi leukobojila, čija promjena tona boje može biti revezibilna ili ireverzibilna, promjena tona boje kod boja na bazi tekućih kristala je uvijek revezibilna. To znači da po prestanku djelovanja uzroka ton boje se vraća u prvobitno stanje i postupak se može ponoviti. Kod termokromnih boja na bazi tekućih kristala u temperaturnim područjima izvan aktivacijske temperature nema promjene obojenja, tj. to stanje je neobojeno. U završnom radu predložiti će se razni primjeri primjene termokromnih boja na bazi tekućih kristala uz praktične prikaze i objašnjenja.

Abstract in english: | Thermochromic printing inks change their color under the influence of the surrounding temperature, temperature activation region of the ink in the activation temperature of the paint itself. There are two types of thermochromic printing inks; leuco-dye and liquid crystal based. Unlike leuco-dye based printing inks which can change color reversibly or irreversibly, the color change of liquid crystals is almost always reversible. This means that the color is returned to its original condition after heating/cooling and the procedure can be repeated. Outside the activation region liquid crystal printing ink is colorless. This thesis will propose various application examples with liquid crstal printing inks. |
