Abstract

Digitalni tisak se zbog svoje jednostavne i brze promjene motiva sve više koristi kao tehnologija umnažanja. Digitalnim tiskom tako je moguće otiskivati različito velike naklade, različito velike formate, različite debljine tiskovnih podloga ali i dorađivati raznim doradnim procesima. Inkjet tehnologija je tako postala jedna od najraširenije primjenjivanijih tehnika umnažanja i otiskivanja u automobilskoj industriji (car wrapping = otiskivanje i obljepljivanje cijelog ili dijela vozila s otisnutom folijom). Otisnute automobilske Wrap folije su nakon postupka obljepljivanja podložne istim uvjetima kao i originalno obojeno vozilo: jakom suncu, visokim i niskim temperaturama, oborinama kao što su kiša, snijeg, tuča, česticama ili kukcima na koje vozilo nailazi pri vožnji i slično. Ovim diplomskim radom će se ispitati kako različiti tipovi Wrap folija (Orajet, 3M Scotchcal i 3M Controltac) i različiti tipovi Inkjet boje (UV sušeća i ekosolventna Inkjet boja) utječu na postupak realnog reproduciranja kolora, odnosno kakva je postojanost u dužem vremenskom periodu. Pritom su otisci ubrzano stareni primjenom UV svjetlosti (ksenonska lampa u SolarBox komori) u vremenskim periodima od 0 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 96 h, 144 h i 240 h). Rezultati pokazuju da će najbolju postojanost imati 3M Scotchcal folija otisnuta UV sušećom Inkjet bojom (ΔE20% RTV - žuta=0,46), a najmanju Orajet folija otisnuta UV sušećom Inkjet bojom (ΔE20% RTV - crna=3,03).

Abstract in english: Digital printing is, because of its simple and fast production of samples, more and more used as print multiplying technology. By using digital printing its possible to produce large editions, on different formats and variable tickness of printing surfaces but also do finishing processes. Inkjet technology has also became one of the most widespread printing technologies in car industry (car wrapping = printing and wrapping whole or a part of a wehicle in printed foil). Printed wrap foils are, after the wrapping process, exposed to the same conditions as lacquered vehicle: intensive sun, high an low temperatures, rainfall, snow, ice, particles or bugs that wehicle encounters while driving etc. In this paperwork different types of wrapping foils (Orajet, 3M Scotchcal and 3M Controltac) and different types of Inkjet inks (UV and solvent) are going to be tested. Its going to investigate how those different foils and inks influence the real reproduction of colored print, or, in other words, how their stability changes during large amount of time. The prints are artificialy aged by influence of UV light (xenon lamp in SolarBox aging chamber) in time period of 240 hours. The results show that the best stability has 3M Scotchcal foil and UV ink (ΔE20% RTV - yellow=0,46) and the worst stability Orajet foil and UV ink, (ΔE20% - black =3,03).
