Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad se bavi temom suvremene modne fotografije u modnim časopisima u odnosu na modnu fotografiju na društvenim mrežama. U radu teorijski se istražuju sličnosti i razlike između suvremene modne fotografije u časopisima i na društvenim mrežama, odnosno u kojoj mjeri se one razlikuju. Istražuju se razlike na temelju kompozicije, osvijetljena, kuteva snimanja, odabira određenog stila modela i ostalih značajki važnih kod suvremene modne fotografije. Teorijski dio uvodi čitatelja u samu tematiku, daje povijesni pregled modne fotografije, upoznaje čitatelja s hrvatskim i svjetskim modnim fotografima te stavlja naglasak na kompletni proces kojim se dolazi do realizacije modnih fotografija i njihovog objavljivanja u medijima, od nabave fotografske opreme, pripreme za snimanje, samog snimanja, postprodukcije i objavljivanja u časopisima ili na društvenim mrežama. Praktični dio sadrži autorske fotografije kroz čiji proces stvaranja se mogu uočiti međusobne sličnosti i različitosti modne fotografije za časopise i one za društvene mreže. Nastale autorske fotografije se opisuju i analiziraju s tehničke i umjetničke strane kao i sa sociološkog aspekta, te se analizira njihova obrada. Fotograf koji se odluči na realiziranje modne fotografije bez kreativnog tima, uz fotografski talent treba imati i druge vrste talenata, znanja i vještina potrebnih za dobivanje kvalitetnih i zanimljivih modnih fotografija. Fotograf tada također dobiva ulogu stilista, šminkera, frizera i organizatora. Uspješno ujedinjene tehničke sposobnosti i mašta fotografa doprinosi stvaranju kvalitetnih modnih fotografija.

Abstract in english: This graduate thesis deals with the theme of contemporary fashion photography in fashion magazines in relation to fashion photography on social networks. The thesis explores the similarities and differences between contemporary fashion photography in magazines and on social networks, that is, to what extent they differ. Differences are being explored on the basis of compositions, lightning, angle of shooting, selection of particular styling models and other features important in contemporary fashion photography. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the theme itself, provides a historical overview of fashion photography, acquainted readers with Croatian and world fashion photographers, and emphasizes the complete process of fashion photography and their publication in the media, from photography equipment, preparation for shooting, shooting, post-production and publication in magazines or on social networks. The practical part contains author photographs through which the process reader can see the similarities and differences between fashion photography for magazines and fashion photography for social networks. The resulting author's photographs are described and analyzed with technical and artistic aspects as well as from a sociological aspect, and also their processing is analyzed. Photographers who decide on the realization of fashion photography without a creative team, except photographic talent, should have other talents, knowledge and skills needed to get quality and interesting fashion photographs. The photographer then also gets the role of stylist, makeup, hairstyle and organizer. Successfully united technical abilities and imagination of photographer contribute to the creation of quality fashion photography.
