Abstract

Slikovnica je prva knjiga s kojom se dijete susreće. Ona ima nekoliko funkcija koje odgovaraju potrebama u odgoju u predškolskoj i školskoj dobi. Osnovne funkcije su informacijsko-odgojna, spoznajna, iskustvena, zabavna, estetska i govorno-jezična funkcija. Uloga slikovnice u dječjem razvoju je učiti dijete jeziku i govoru, vježbati zapažanje i razvijati maštu pomoću ilustracija i učiti dijete moralnim načelima jer slikovnica je osim sredstvo zabave, također sredstvo odgoja i obrazovanja. Multimedija označava kombinaciju različitih medija kao što su slika, tekst, zvuk i video. Multimedija koristi multimedijsku tehnologiju koja je obično upravljana računalom te se koristi u područjima učenja, istraživanja i zabave. Današnja djeca odrastaju u svijetu ispunjenom multimedijom i obrazovni sadržaji moraju pratiti razvoj. Za razliku od klasičnih slikovnica, multimedijske omogućuju korištenje obrazovnih sadržaja integriranih unutar priče. Mogu duže zadržati djetetovu pažnju, jer može učiti kroz igru. Interakcijom dijete može učiti kako postupci mogu utjecati na razvoj priče. Interaktivnost ima važnu ulogu u razvijanju dječjih sposobnosti i bitno je sadržaj multimedijske slikovnice prilagoditi dobi djeteta. Tema podrazumijeva istraživanje mogućnosti primjene SVG animacija na grafičke elemente stvorene u vektorski baziranom računalnom program za crtanje, Adobe Illustratoru. SVG, ili punim nazivom Scalable Vector Graphics, je vektorski slikovni format baziran na XML-u. Koristi se za dvodimenzionalne slikovne prikaze podataka te podražava interaktivnost i animacije. Svi veći moderni internetski preglednici, kao što su Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari i Microsoft Edge, posjeduju mogućnost renderiranja SVG koda, barem do neke razine. S obzirom da se SVG koristi sve češće na internetskim stranicama, tako se i navedeni preglednici trude pratiti navedeni trend.

Abstract in english:	The picture book is the first book from which the child faces. It has several functions that match the needs of education in pre-school and school age. Basic functions are information-educational, cognitive, experiential, fun, esthetic and speech and language functions. The role of picture books in the children's development of a child to teach language and speech, practice observation and develop imagination and using illustrations to teach children moral principles because the picturebook except the mean of fun also the mean of education and upbringing. Multimedia determines a combination of different media, such as images, text, sound and video clips. Multimedia uses multimedia technology that is usually controlled with computer multimedia programs which is used in the areas of teaching, research and entertainment. Today's children are growing up in a world filled with multimedia and educational facilities must follow the development. Diffrent from classic picturebooks, multimedia picturebooks enable the usage of educational content intergrated inside the story. It can maintain childs atention because it can learn trough playing. With interaction child can learn how actions can affect the development of the story. Interactivity has major role in developing childrens capabilities and is important to adjust the content of multimedia picturebook to childs age. The topic connotes the research of all the possibilities of the application of SVG animations to graphic elements created in vector-based drawing software, Adobe Illustrator. Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is an XML-based vector image format. It has been used for two-dimensional graphics with support for interactivity and animation. All major modern web browsers - including Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, and Microsoft Edge have at least some degree of SVG rendering support. Since websites have been using SVG images increasingly, the above-mentioned browsers are doing their best to catch up with the latest trend.
