Abstract

Fotografija kao visokoikoniĉni medij se koristi kao dodatna oprema vijesti bilo u tiskanim ili pak elektroniĉkim medijima. Upravo je ta ĉinjenica utjecala na to da se od rana nastojalo fotografiju ukljuĉiti u informiranje javnosti, što se zadržalo i do danas, pri ĉemu je proliferacija elektroniĉkih medija dovela i do većih mogućnosti distribuiranja vijesti i vezanih fotografija. Sportske vijesti i uz njih vezani mediji u pravilu uživaju veliki interes javnosti, a takve vijesti su ĉesto popraćene fotografijama koje usmjeravaju pažnju i oĉekivanja ĉitatelja. Cilj je ovog rada ustanoviti na koji naĉin sportska fotografija utjeĉe na prvi dojam i doživljaj konzumenta vijesti te postoji li povezanost izmeĊu karakteristika uredniĉki odabranih fotografija i tekstualne opreme vijesti.

Abstract in english: Photography as a high-tech media is used as a news item in either printed or electronic media. It was this fact that influenced the early involvement of the photography in public information, which has remained so far, and the proliferation of electronic media has led to greater opportunities for news distribution and related photography. Sports news and related media generally enjoy great public interest, and such news is often accompanied by photographs that focus attention and readers' expectations. The purpose of this paper is to find out how sport photography influences the first impression and news story experience and whether there is a link between the features of editorially selected photos and textual news items.
