Abstract

Ovim radom istraţit će se uloga proizvodnih parametara u procesu tiska. Trţište zahtjeva kratke rokove, visoku kvalitetu otiska te nisku cijenu proizvoda. Stoga, u kalkulaciju ulazi velik broj parametara. Tiskara je opremljena ofsetnom tehnikom tiska. Time se na trţište mogu plasirati raznovrsni proizvodi kao što su knjige, brošure, letci, plakati, kalendari, mape, ambalaţa, vrećice i sl. Postavljanje parametara za jedan tip posla, npr. tisak knjiga ili kataloga, potpuno je drugačije nego li za tisak ambalaţnih materijala, etiketa itd. U kalkulaciju je potrebno unijeti realne parametre, kako bi produktivnost bila što veća uz minimalne gubitke izraţene u vremenu i materijalu, odnosno novcu. To znači, da je ovisno o proizvodu koji se tiska, osim same naklade, potrebno uzeti u obzir i mnoge druge parametre kao što su: broj boja, vrsta i gramatura papira, je li tisak na okret ili ne, pranje valjaka i pripremu stroja, izmjena ploča, paleta itd. TakoĎer, potrebno je uzeti u obzir da se u proizvodnji mogu pojaviti nepredvidivi problemi prilikom rada, zbog čega moţe doći do raznih odstupanja od predviĎenih vrijednosti definiranih kalkulacijom. Stoga je provedena analiza očekivanog i stvarnog procesa s ciljem njezinog unaprijeĎenja, kako bi se ponavljanje pogreške svelo na minimum.

Abstract in english:	This work will examine the role of production parameters in printing process. The market requires short deadlines, high quality prints and low product prices. Therefore, a large number of parameters are entered in the calculation. Printing company uses offset technology. In this way, various products such as books, brochures, flyers, posters, calendars, folders, packaging, bags, etc. can be placed on the market. Setting up parameters for one type of job, such as printing a book or catalog, is completely different from printing of packaging materials, labels etc. Realistic parameters need to be included in the calculation, so productivity would be as great as possible with the minimum losses expressed in time and material or money. This means that depending on the product to be printed, other than the printing quantity itself, it is necessary to take into account many other parameters such as the number of colors, types of paper, whether printing is one-sided or two-sided, roller washing and machine preparation, change plates, palettes etc. It should also be taken into account that unpredictable problems may arise in production, which may cause different deviations from the predicted values defined by calculation. Therefore, an analysis of the expected and actual process was carried out with the aim of improving it so that the repetition of errors could be minimized.
