Abstract

Globalizacijom i razvitkom moderne tehnologije povećao se broj turista koji putem interneta i mobilnih aplikacija planiraju putovanje. Mobilne aplikacije su postale jedan od najbitnijih posrednika u komunikaciji između turista i ostvarenja njihovih potreba i želja. Istraživanja pokazuju kako je broj korisnika turističkih mobilnih aplikacija visok što zahtjeva pomno istraživanje, prilagođavanje i realiziranje potreba samih turista. Turisti koriste mobilne aplikacije kroz sve faze putovanja, počevši od istraživanja, informiranja, rezerviranja i fotografiranja destinacija. Tema diplomskog rada je Dizajn mobilne aplikacije za turiste. Temelji se na rezultatima kvantitativnog istraživanja na turistima. Analiziranjem dobivenih podataka pronalaze se obrasci odnosno dodirne točke unutar statističkih podataka što rezultira realiziranjem potreba krajnjih korisnika. Analizom trendova te podaci koji su dobiveni kvantitativnim istraživanjem ukazuju kako visoki postotak današnjih turista želi autentična iskustva koja se baziraju na lokalnoj kulturi i običajima. Trendovi ukazuju na zasićenje klasičnim turističkim rutama te upućuju na potrebu za avanturističkim pristupom putovanja. Ukratko, današnji turisti se ne žele osjećati kao turisti u zemlji koju posjećuju. U ovom radu će biti prikazani procesi dizajniranja mobilne aplikacije kroz metode istraživanja procesa korisničkog iskustva i metode izrade korisničkog sučelja. U teorijskom djelu diplomskog rada se usredotočilo na istraživanje procesa korisničkog iskustva i na analiziranje vizualnog aspekta izrade mobilne aplikacije kao što su elementi grafičkog korisničkog sučelja. Nakon izrade prototipa mobilne aplikacije uslijedilo je ispitivanje na korisnicima te izrada grafičkog korisničkog sučelja.

Abstract in english:	Development of modern technologies and globalization have influenced an increase in number of tourists who are using Internet and mobile applications to plan their trips. Mobile applications have become one of the most important mediators in communication between tourists and their needs. Research shows that number of touristic mobile applications is high which in turn requires detailed research, adaptation and realization of tourists needs. Tourists are using mobile applications in all phases of trips, starting with intitial research, obtaining information, reservation and taking photos. The subject of this thesis is Design of mobile application for tourists. It is based on the results of quantitative research on tourists. By analyzing acquired data a certain patterns can be observed inside statistical data which results in realization of needs of end-users. Data shows that large percentage of nowadays tourists desires authentic experiences based on local culture and customs. Trends are showing saturation with clasical tourist routes and need for avanturistic trips. In short, tourists do not wish to feel as tourists in the country they visit. In this thesis a processes will be shown in the design of mobile application through methods of research of user experience as well as the methods of designing user interface. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on research of user experience and analisys of visual aspect of mobile application development such as key elements of graphical user interface. Inquiry among end-users and development is followed by mobile application prototype development.
