Abstract

U današnje vrijeme zdrav način života dobiva na sve većoj važnosti. Sam životni stil je usko povezan s onime što unosimo u svoj organizam, s našim načinom prehrane. U ovom radu prolazi se kroz glavne postavke koje su potrebne za kreiranje željenog grafičkog proizvoda, a to je u ovom slučaju brošura, na ekološko održivi način. Brošura sadržava nekoliko jednostavnih recepata kojima je svrha pomoći ciljanoj skupini, odnosno studentima, da nauče pripremati jednostavnu i zdravu hranu. U radu se istraživanjem na određenom uzorku, pomoću online ankete, proučavaju koja su vizualna i estetska načela najuspješnija kod spomenute skupine. Kako bi se njihova pažnja privukla bitno je da je vizualni sadržaj brošure jasan, što se odnosi na odabir fotografija, boja te elemenata koji definiraju cjelokupan izgled, odnosno dizajn. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata istraživanja i analize podataka, dobivene su smjernice za oblikovanje izgleda i rasporeda vizualnih elemenata brošure. One se prilagođavaju studentima koji žele kuhati te naučiti više o zdravom načinu prehrane. Osnovna namjena brošure te samog rada je vizualna prezentacija recepata kako bi se naglasio tekstualni sadržaj koji potiče ciljanu skupinu na poboljšanje kvalitete života uvažavajući postavke održivog dizajna.

Abstract in english: These days, a healthy lifestyle is gaining on importance. Our very lifestyles are closely connected with the substance that enters our organisms via nutrition. In this work, the main settings which are needed to create the desired graphic product are laid out. In this case, it is a brochure based on the principles of sustained development. The brochure contains a couple of simple recipes whose goal is to help the target group (students) learn how to prepare simple and healthy meals. This paper examines which visual and aesthetic principles are the most effective ones, using the method of an online survey on the aforementioned target group. In order to draw their attention, it is important that the visual content is clear, which relates to the choice of photos, color and elements which define the overall appearance – the design. Based on the results of the survey and data analysis, the guidelines for shaping and order of visual elements of the brochure were obtained. The guidelines are adapted for students who want to cook and learn more about healthy nutrition. The fundamental purpose of the brochure and the work itself is a visual presentation of the recipes in order to highlight the textual content which encourages the target group to improve the quality of their lifes, keeping in mind the basis of sustained design.
