Abstract

Korisničko iskustvo neminovna je disciplina dizajna kojoj se danas, u vremenu digitalizacije, pridaje vrlo velika važnost. Naime, korisničko je iskustvo interakcija korisnika s nekim servisom i/ili uslugom, odnosno ono što korisnik osjeća za vrijeme te interakcije. Pritom je u glavnom fokusu omogućiti korisniku da intuitivno i jednostavno obavlja željenu radnju. To se može postići na različite načine, a jedan od mnogih jesu upravo mikro animacije. Mikro animacije najbolji su primjer koji pokazuje da se malim detaljima mogu postići itekako veliki rezultati. One definiraju ponašanje, potiču angažman i pomažu korisnicima vizualizirati na koji način određeni sustav funkcionira, odnosno predvidjeti sljedeći korak. Cilj je ovoga rada dokazati važnosti i prednosti implementacije mikro animacija u mobilnim aplikacijama, te kako one pozitivno utječu na korisnički doživljaj. Analizirat će se različiti elementi koji čine mikro animacije poput promjene pozicije, veličine i brzine. Na koji način svaki od navedenih elemenata posebno pridonosi bogatijem korisničkom doživljaju, proučavat će se kroz usporedbu istih. Rezultati usporedbe, dobiveni provođenjem ankete, pokazat će koje promjene najviše upotpunjuju koirsnički doživljaj.

Abstract in english:	In today's rapidly changing digital world, the importance of user experience has increased. User experience is an inevitable discipline of design that can be defined as user's interaction with a service and/or a system or as the feeling user has during that interaction. The main focus of user experience is to allow the user to intuitively and easily perform the desired action. That can be achieved in many ways, and one of them is by using micro animations. Micro animations are the best example that shows great results can be achieved by little details. They define behavior and engagement, they help users predict the next step and visualize how the system works. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the importance and benefits of implementing micro animations in mobile applications and how they positively affect user experience. Various elements that make micro animations such as position, shape, size and speed changes will be analyzed. How those elements contribute to a richer user experience will be shown through their comparison. The results of the comparison, obtained by conducting the survey, will show precisely which micro animations complement user experience the most.
