Abstract

Abstract in english: | This paper will follow the process of developing a user-oriented design of cosmetics packaging in the air baggage carry-on compartment. Research with the aim of customizing the packaging for user needs was conducted through the experiment of purchasing and using defined volume packaging, deep interviews, and contextual design testing for functional packaging elements to gather product preference data, product defects, and information about users themselves. By conducting interviews through various processes, from purchasing and using the product on their journey and including them in the selection process of essential properties, details that are easily neglected in standard forms of questionnaires have revealed. Although comprehensive, this approach to the research can provide a good insight into the needs and problems of the target groups. The research was also carried out through the market aspect, defining and evaluating competitive products, where a potential hole in the marketing oer in the area of cosmetics packaging adapted to carry-on luggage was noticed. Briefly, the paper follows the adaptation process of packaging to the needs and problems of airline passengers, in accordance with the standards and norms laid down by the rules and laws and with the assessment of competitive products to cover all aspects necessary to solve problems with existing products of similar or same use. |
