Abstract

Reinženjering je poslovni proces kojim se uz različita mišljenja i radikalne redizajne poslovnih procesa ostvaruju dramatična poboljšanja kao što su troškovi, kvaliteta, usluga i brzina. Potrebno je upoznati se s poduzećem kako bi se mogle napraviti izmjene ukoliko poduzeće te izmjene želi prihvatiti i ako žele težiti boljim rezultatima. Ti rezultati osim što bi pomogli povećati zaradu poduzeću, pomogli bi i u odnosima među ljudima, da ljudi budu motivirani za to što rade. Poduzeće koje će se analiziratije isključivo vezano za fleksografski tisak. Njihov zadatak je izrada pripreme za klišeje te izrada samog klišeja kojeg šalju svojim klijentima. Klijenti potom te klišeje iskorištavaju kako bi izradili otisak ili traže nekog posrednika kako bi sam otisak dobili na proizvodu koji žele otisnut. S obzirom da je poduzeće u malom prostoru ograničeni su te nisu u mogućnosti opremiti se novim strojevima. Ukoliko dođe do kvara stroja kojeg imaju pokušavaju ga „spasiti“ uz kalkulacije koliko bi bio trošak popravka ili kupnje novog stroja. Osim toga, otopine za jetkanje pokušavaju iskoristiti maksimalno te ih regeneriraju kako ti troškovi ne bi porasli no trenutno stanje je da nemaju odvod te tu otopinu nakon što izjetkaju klišej ručno pumpama odvode u bačve koje potom odvoze kako bi regenerirali otopinu. Uz razne probleme s kojima se susreću pokušat će se u radu prikazati kako bi samo poduzeće moglo bolje funkcionirati i srezati troškove na minimume i olakšati radnicima. Cilj rada je pokazati kako reinženjering ne zahtjevnih radnih operacija i na prvi pogled beznačajnih uz minimalni trošak može pozitivno utjecati na poduzeće. Također, da nije potrebno restrukturirati cijelo poduzeće za pozitivni pomak. U radu će se analizirati plan kako bi motivacija i komunikacija poboljšale procese i cilj je pokazati da će to unaprijediti poslovanje. Razraditi plan da radnici svojih 8 sati rada provedu u još boljem radnom okruženju, s ciljem da iznova uče nove tehnologije jer je to potrebno za rast poduzeća. Putem ankete analizirat će se stanje u poduzeću te kako zaposlenici gledaju na promjene koje će se dogoditi. Uz to utvrditi će se kakav odnos imaju zaposlenici jedan prema drugome, te odnos zaposlenika s nadređenim. Iako imaju loš sistem odvoda otopine za jetkanje ponuditi će se rješenje tog problema, imajući u vidu da je poduzeće ograničeno prostorom.. Odgovori na sva ta pitanja biti će dobiveni na temelju ispitivanja radnika.Rad između proizvodnje i grafičke pripreme će također biti preispitani, uz to i spremnost radnika za educiranjem, te njihova motivacija u daljnjem radu. U rješenjima predložena će biti i rješenja za informatički sustav. Sva ta rješenja koja su predložena proizlaze iz pretpostavke da uz minimalan trošak i promjene navedeno poduzeće može poboljšati svoj rad i samim time biti konkurentniji na tržištu.

Abstract in english: Reengineering is a business process which makes with different opinions and radical designs dramatic improvement, such as: costs, quality, service and speed. It is necessary to get acquainted with the company so that changes can be made if the company wants to accept these changes and if they want to strive for better results. These results, besides the fact that they can help to increase the company's earnings, would also help people's relationships, so people would be motivated for the work they do. A company that will be analyzed exclusively works with flexographic printing. Their task is to prepare the cliché and make it, and then send it to their clients. Clients then use those clichés to make a print or search for a mediator which will help them to get the print on the product. Since the business is limited with the space, they are not able to equip themselves with new machines. If there is a failure of the machine they are trying to "save it" by calculating how much would be the cost of repairing or purchasing a new machine. In addition, they are trying to maximize usage of irrigation solutions and regenerate it so the costs would not increase, but the current state is that they do not have a drain for it, so after using solution they manually pumped into barrels which are then transported regenerate the solution. Along with the various problems they are facing, we will try to show in the work how could the company work better, cut the costs on the minimums and make the job easier for the workers. The goal of the work is to show that reengineering can, without any demanding work operations which are at first glance in significance with minimal costs, have a positive impact on the company. Also, it will show that it's not necessary to restructure the entire company for a positive shift. This work will also analyze the plan to motivate and improve communication processes with the goal to show that it will improve business. Also, it will develop a plan for workers to spend their 8 hours of work in, an even better working environment, with the aim of re-learning new technologies because it is needed for enterprise growth. A survey will analyze the situation in the company and how employees look at the changes that will occur. In addition, it will determine what kind of relationship the employees have to each other, and the relationship of the employee to the superior.Even though they have a bad system of draining away solutions, there will be offered a solution to this problem, keeping in mind the fact that the company has limited space. The answers to all these questions will be obtained based on a worker's examination. Work between production and graphic preparation will also be reviewed, along with the preparedness of the workers to get education, and their motivation in further work. Solutions will also be given for to the IT system. All those proposed solutions arise from the assumption that with the minimal costs and changes, the stated company can improve their work and thus be more competitive in the market.
