Abstract
Teorijski dio objašnjava i opisuje teoriju procesa planiranja, procesnog pristupa poslovanju, sedam vrsta gubitaka u procesu i informacijske sustave dok je eksperimentalni dio podijeljen u tri dijela.

Abstract in english: | The aim of this graduate thesis is to analyze the company involved in the production of printing rolls for deep printing and gain a clearer view of business and organization. Three stages will be studied in which the company is going through time and the characteristics of each period will be compared. The theoretical part explains and describes the theory of planning, process approach to business, seven kinds of process losses and information systems while the experimental part is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes and studies the first stage of the company characterized by manual work and machines which are designed solely for one type of operation. The product flow within the company is being studied and how it comes from receiving an order to a finished product. It explains each step and function of each department within the company with the associated operations and machines that are required to perform these operations. The second part deals with the stage symbolized by automation. Emphasis is placed on machines introduced into the production stream that have changed the way that certain processes are being carried out. These improvments have a significant shift in speed and quality of production, and they are compared with the processes of the earlier stage to show a shift in production. The third part explains the information systems and features that they bring into business. The general way in which systems are implemented is described, which is similar to the way the company in this paper did. At the end of the graduate thesis there is a conclusion. |
