Abstract
Fotografije koje nas svakodnevno mame da konzumiramo određeni tip hrane iza sebe skrivaju niz tehnika kojima se privuče pozornost promatrača. Postoji i niz činjenica koje dokazuju da fotografija hrane pojačava učinkovitost marketinga. Kultura hrane nikad nije bila rasprostranjenija, jača niti aktualnija. Svakodnevnim pregledavanjem društvenih mreža na kojima je aktivnost sve veća može se pronaći velika količina fotografija hrane najboljih ili najdražih restorana. Sve te fotografije djeluju vrlo ukusno, ali iza sebe kriju niz odluka koje bi ispitali na korisnicima i ovisno o rezultatima utvrdili koje su ispravne te ih aplicirali na vlastitu izradu. Cilj je da fotografije prikažu hranu kao ukusnu, svježu, a naročito privlačnu. Različitim bojama, podlogama i svjetlošću se postiže različita pobuda osjetila prilikom promatranja fotografija. Teksture, oblici, simetrije i još brojna druga pravila dodatno pomažu marketingu privlačenjem korisnikove pozornosti. Marketing se razvijao sukladno razvoju tehnologija, a fotografija kao slikovni sadržaj je dodatni prenositelj poruke koja samo može pojačati utjecaj marketinga na naše razmišljanje.

Abstract in english: | Food photography that pulls us in to consume some kind of food are hiding a variety of techniques taht attract the attention of the observer. There are also number of facts that prove that food photography boosts marketing efficiency. Food culture has never been more widespread, strong, and up-to-date. With everyday browsing of social networks, whew activity is increasing, there can be found a large amount of food photos of best or favorite restaurant. All of those photos are very delicious, but behind them are a number of decisions to test on useres and depending on their results it can determine what is right and what can be applied in doing same type of photos. The goal is to show the food as tasty, fresh, and especially attractive. Different colors, underlays and light produce different sensations when viewing photos. Texture, shapes, symmetries and many other rules additionally help marketers by attracting customer attention. Marketing has developed in line with the development of technology, and photography as visual content can only boost the influence of marketing on our thinking. |
