Abstract

Procesi grafičke proizvodnje su kompleksni i često se ne mogu precizno normirati. Međutim, kako bi se u proizvodnji u što većoj mjeri izbjegla odstupanja i gubici, osim preciznog tehnološkog izračuna pojedinih faza izrade grafičkog proizvoda, potrebna je i dobra organizacija rada prije nego započne sama proizvodnja. Time se uvelike može optimizirati proizvodni proces, odnosno brzina istog, a također i kvaliteta i cijena gotovog proizvoda, jer se na vrijeme mogu definirati i spriječiti moguće komplikacije i zastoji tijekom proizvodnje. U teoretskom dijelu rada kronološki se opisuje tijek grafičke proizvodnje, počevši od ugovaranja posla s naručiteljem do same distribucije gotovog proizvoda, zatim se opisuju tehnološki procesi proizvodnje ovisno o vrsti grafičkog proizvoda, te proizvodni procesi prema mogućnostima tiskare u kojoj se obavlja istraživanje. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada se, pomoću usporedbe eksperimentalne kalkulacije i kalkulacije tiskare za konkretan grafički proizvod, definiraju i analiziraju greške u proizvodnom procesu koje narušavaju tijek istog, a cilj istraživanja je ispitati mogućnosti kojima se može poboljšati organizacija i produktivnost u proizvodnji.

Abstract in english:	Processes of print production are complex and often difficult to accurately standardize. However, to avoid and reduce losses in production, apart from precise technological calculation of each graphic production stage, it is necessary to have an efficient production plan by the time production process starts. That way the production process, including lead time is optimized, along with final product quality and price, because possible complications and machine malfunctions can be spotted and prevented on time. Theoretical part of this paper chronologically explains the flow of graphic production, from signing contract with a client to distribution of the final product. It also describes technological processes in graphic production in dependence of type of graphic product and the equipment of the printing house where the research is made. Using experimental calculation and printing house calculation comparison for a specific graphic product, the practical part defines and analyses production errors that interrupt the flow of the process. The purpose of this research is to explore possible solutions that can improve production planning and productivity.
