Abstract
Povećanje potražnje za visokokvalitetnim etiketama zahtjeva sve bolju i precizniju tehnologiju tiska koja će omogućiti reprodukciju visoke kvalitete i zadovoljstvo klijenata. Razvojem tehnologija u tiskarstvu došlo je i do razvoja tiskarskih strojeva koji će to omogućiti. Takvi strojevi upotrebljavaju kombinaciju nekoliko tehnologija tiska (od konvencionalnih do digitalnih), doradne procese te u završnici obavljaju pakiranje i adresiranje. Nazivaju se hibridni tiskarski sustavi. Zbog održavanja kvalitete tokom tiska naklade novije generacije strojeva imaju integriran automatski sustav za kontrolu pasera i registra pomoču specijalizirane kamere. Takvim sustavom omogućena je kontrola u samom tiskarskom stroju koju je moguće obavljati i za vrijeme rada stroja. Navedeni sustav omogučuje točno pozicioniranje otisaka na tiskovnu podlogu, odnosno registra dok se radi priprema stroja za tisak te pruža kontrolu pasera tokom tiska jedne naklade. Takoder, mogućnost precizne kontrole i podešavanja pomaka pasera za vrlo male vrijednosti (čak i do 25 um) smanjuje njegovo odstupanje i podiže učinkovitost takve kontrole na višu razinu. Time se ubrzava proizvodni proces od digitalne pripreme do gotovog proizvoda. Štedi se na vremenu zbog smanjene potrebe za vizualnom kontrolom te se smanjuju troškovi na repromaterijalu.

Abstract in english: | The increasing demand for high-quality labels requires an increasingly accurate printing technology that Will enable high quality reproduction and greater customer satisfaction. The development in printing technology, has also caused development of printing machines that can now use a combination of several printing technologies (from conventional to digital), print finishing processes and are also responsible for packaging and addressing. Such systems are called hybrid systems. Due to quality assurance during printing, the new generation of machines have an integrated automatic system for the control of color registers and registers using a specialized camera. A system like that enables performing checks in the printing machine itself, even While the machine is operating. The mentioned system enables precise positioning of the prints on the printing base and the registry While preparing the printing machine, and also provides control of the color register When printing a circulation. Also, the ability to fine-tune and adjust the shift of the color register for very small values (up to 25 um) reduces its deviation and raises the effectiveness of such control to a higher level. This speeds up the manufacturing process from digital preparation to finished product. It saves a lot of time because it reduces the need for visual control and reduces costs. |
