Abstract
Završni rad opisuje kako poboljšati te automatizirati sigurnosne sustave u radu tiskare i sadrži prijedlog kako sustav prepozna ugrožavanje sigurnosti čovjeka, te kako sustav to dojavi i eventualno poduzme potrebne mjere zaštite. Sustav bi bio u potpunosti automatiziran tj. operater bi nadgledao sigurnosni sustav iz kontrolne sobe te na temelju dobivenih podataka od samog sustava u trenutku opasnosti, poduzeo potrebne mjere da se opasnost izbjegne ako ona spada u rizičnu skupinu događaja. Dojava opasnosti je razrađena grafičkim sučeljem tiskarskog stroja koji bi na vizualan način pomoću piktograma predstavio opasnost te eventualno dao sugestiju suzbijanja iste. Sustav osim opasnosti detektira i eventualne rizike te sigurnost čitavog postrojenja tj. rad strojeva, okolinu oko njih i okolinu tiskare. Grafičko sučelje bi se sastojalo od dvije inačice, prva bi bila u digitalnom obliku prikazana na ekranu računala u kontrolnoj sobi dok bi druga bila fizički realizirana te postavljena u blizini stroja tako da operateru dojavljuje pomoću svjetlosnih i zvučnih signala.

Abstract in english: | The final work describes how to improve and automate security systems in the printing industry, contains a proposal that the system recognizes the threat to human security, and how the system informs it and, where appropriate, takes the necessary protection measures. The system would be fully automated i.e. the operator would monitor the security system from the control room and on the basis of the data obtained from the system itself at the time of danger, took the necessary measures to avoid danger if it is a risk group of events. The danger warning is elaborated by a graphic interface of the printing machine that would visualize the pictogram and possibly suggest the suppression of the same. The system, apart from danger, detects any possible risks and safety of the entire printing facility, i.e. the operation of the machines, the environment around them and the environment of the printing facility. The graphical interface would consist of two versions, the first being in the digital form shown on the computer screen in the control room while the other would be physically realized and placed near the machine so that the operator would be alerted by light and sound signals. |
