Abstract

U ovom završnom radu opisan je način održavanja CtP uređaja za osvjetljavanje tiskovnih formi za tisak iz arka u tiskari Vjesnik d.d. u Zagrebu. U teorijskom dijelu ovog rada, ukratko će biti rečeno nešto o samom održavanju općenito. Također će biti rečeno nešto više o samim CtP uređajima koji nam uvelike olakšavaju, ubrzavaju i vremenski skraćuju izradu tiskovnih formi. Biti će objašnjeni i prikazani razni modeli osvjetljavanja tih ploča i te opisani ključni dijelovi takvih strojeva i princip njihova rada. U ekperimentalnom dijelu ovog rada biti će opisan princip održavanja CtP uređaja za izradu tiskovnih formi za tisak iz arka u sklopu tiskare. Biti će opisano tko, što, kako, gdje i kada provjerava razne čimbenike vezane za proizvodnju tiskovnih formi te kako to utječe na krajnji proizvod, tj u ovom slučaju na tiskovnu formu.

Abstract in english:	Goal of this final paper is to describe the maintenance of CtP imaging devices for sheet printing at the Vjesnik d.d. press in the city of Zagreb. Theoretical part of this paper shortly describes maintenance in general. Also, this paper tells us something more about CtP devices that are making the production of printing forms way easier, faster and less time consuming. In this part there are shown various models of imaging of printing plates and also described main parts of these machines and principles of their functioning. Experimental part of this paper describes maintenance of the CtP machines that are used for imaging of the printing forms for sheet printing in Vjesnik press. Also in this part is described who, what, how, where and when has to check various parameters of printing forms production. This part as well tells us how these parameters affects the final product which is, in this case, printing form.
