Abstract
Što je ERP? Sa tehnološkog stajališta, ERP (planiranje resursa poduzeća) je softverska infrastruktura koja omogućuje potpunu kontrolu nad poslovnim procesima u poduzeću. Povezuje interne aplikacije i podrška je svojim eksternim poslovnim procesima. ERP aplikacije su modularne a moduli su međusobno integrirani u svrhu proširenja poslovnih mogućnosti. Kroz suvremenu tehnološku platformu omogućava pristup informacijama i integrira poslovne procese potrebne za postizanje i zadržavanje konkurentnosti a ujedno proširuje domet poduzeća na dobavljače, kupce i poslovne partnere. ERP pomaže vodstvu tvrtke da vodi posao od početka do kraja. Biti informiran o potencijalnim problemima i imati mogućnost zaobići ih poboljšava poslovne rezultate i odnose s kupcima. Proizvodne tvrtke imaju dva cilja: biti učinkovite i biti fleksibilne. Proizvodna učinkovitost se postiže smanjenjem postotka otpada uz veliku uštedu vremena i materijala, jednostavno praćenje kroz sve proizvodne faze te povećanjem kvalitete.

| Abstract in english: | What is an ERP? From a technology perspective, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is the software infrastructure that enables complete control over business processes in the enterprise. ERP links internal applications and supports its external business processes. ERP applications are modular and the modules are integrated with each other to expand capabilities. Trough modern technology platform provide the information access and integrates business necessary to become and remain competitive. At the same time expand company´s reach to its suppliers, customers and partners. An ERP helps managers to run business from front to back. Being informed of potential problems and having the ability to work around them improves the company business performance and customer relations. Manufacturing companies have two goals: to be efficient and to be flexible. Production efficiency is achieved by reducing the percentage of waste with great time and material saving, simply monitoring through all stages of production and increasing quality. |
