Abstract
Kako mobilne aplikacije postaju dio svakodnevnog života tako korisničko iskustvo postaje sve bitnijom stavkom. Sve više problema moguće je riješiti pravilnom uporabom mobilnih aplikacija te obraćanjem pozornosti na metode koje korisniku olakšavanju njeno korištenje. Cilj rada je poboljšanje korisničkog iskustva pri prijavi dolazaka na satove joge ili pilatesa u studiju prilagođenom manjim grupama, što je postignuto razvojem i usavršavanjem metoda komunikacije između polaznika i instruktora. Metoda istraživanja korištena da bi se procijenile potrebe studija bio je intervju proveden s vlasnicom studija. Prema dobivenim podacima kreiran je prototip mobilne aplikacije koja rješava problem komunikacije između sudionika i instruktora. Aplikacija se pokazala korisnom, pogotovo oko problema pravovremenog otkazivanja termina na kojima korisnici nisu mogli biti prisutni. Daljnje istraživanje je provođeno kvalitativnim ispitivanjem na korisnicima tijekom korištenja prototipa aplikacije kako bi se saznalo odgovara li aplikacija stvarnim potrebama korisnika. Konzistentnim testiranjem aplikacije u svim fazama izrade postiže se rješenje koji zadovoljava potrebe korisnika te im omogućava jednostavno i intuitivno korištenje od prve uporabe.

Abstract in english: | With mobile applications becoming an integral part of everyday life, user experience is gaining in significance. With the use of appropriate mobile applications and by implementing methods that help the user navigate through them, it is possible to solve more and more problems. The aim of this thesis is to improve the user experience of arranging attendance of yoga or pilates classes in a studio adapted to small groups, which was achieved by developing and further refining the methods of communication between attendees and instructors. The research method used to assess the needs of the studio was an interview conducted with the studio owner. Based on the acquired data, a prototype mobile application was created that solves the problem of communication between attendees and instructors. The application has proven particularly useful pertaining to the issue of users not cancelling attendance of classes they could not be present for. Further research was conducted using qualitative user testing on users of the application to evaluate if the application corresponds with actual needs of the users. By consistent testing of the application in all its development phases we achieve a solution correlating to the needs of the users, allowing them a simple and intuitive experience from the start. |
