Abstract

Tehnologija 3D ispisa omogućava jednostavan, isplativ i relativno brz ispis jedinstvenih trodimenzionalnih oblika. Iako je moguće masovno ispisivati istovrsne modele pomoću profesionalnih industrijskih 3D pisača, tehnologija ipak nije optimizirana za takvu upotrebu s obzirom na krajnjeg korisnika, te se stoga stavlja naglasak na ispis upravo jedinstvenih modela. Budući da se u ovom diplomskom radu prikazuje način izrade personalizirane figurice pomoću fused filament fabrication tehnologije, skraćeno FFF, isto tako znane i pod drugim nazivom fused deposition modeling (FDM), osnovi ureĎaj koji se koristi je 3D pisač, a od alata softver za računalnu izradu 3D modela, softver za provjeru grešaka, te softver za pripremu za ispis. Za izradu modela poţeljno je imati i skicu ţeljene figurice kako bi se sam proces digitalizacije modela olakšao. U teorijskom dijelu rada biti će navedene osnove rada FFF tehnologije za 3D ispis, te potrebno znanje za ispravnu upotrebu alata i ureĎaja u procesu 3D ispisivanja. Praktični dio rada detaljno će objasniti svaki korak potreban za izradu i ispis 3D modela, od digitalizacije skice, izrade modela pomoću skice, provjere i dorade modela pomoću slicera, te samog ispisa modela.

Abstract in english: The 3D printing technology enables simple, cost efficient and relatively quick way of printing unique three-dimensional forms. Although it is possible to produce models of the same kind on a large scale by the means of professional industrial 3D printer, the technology is not optimised for end user, therefore the emphasys is on unique models. Since this master thesis shows the way of making personalised figurine assisted by fused filament fabrication technology, abreviated FFF, also goes by the name of fused deposition modeling (FDM), the essential device is a 3D printer and tools needed are 3D modeling software, error checking softvare and 3D print preparation software. In the theoretical part of the thesis will be stated the fundamentals of FFF 3D printing technology and knowledge needed for the proper usage of tools and devices in the 3d printing process. Experimental part will explain in detail every step needed for creation and printing of 3D model, from digitizing sketches, 3D modeling out of sketch, checkout and model finishing by dint of slicer and printing of the very model.
