Abstract

Jedan od glavnih problema prilikom online kupnje, a na koji se često obraća premalo pažnje, je loše korisničko iskustvo koje uključuje nejasan način odabira proizvoda, ovisi o dizajnu web stranice, hijerarhiji elementa, odabiru boja i sličnim faktorima, a rezultira frustracijom korisnika, njegovim nepovjerenjem i zbunjenošću, odnosno nezadovoljavajućim krajnjim iskustvom kupnje. Ishod je često odustajanje pri odabiru proizvoda ili procesu kupnje što posljedično dovodi do slabijih konverzija i lošijih prodajnih rezultata. Kroz diplomski rad raščlanit će se te analizirati različiti elementi i zakonitosti dizajniranja web stranica koje je potrebno primijeniti i unaprijediti kako bi se postiglo zadovoljstvo korisnika procesom kupnje, a time i ciljevi tvrtke.

Abstract in english: One of the main, often overlooked problems with online shopping is a poor user experience that involves a vague way of selecting a product, depends on the website design, hierarchy of the elements, color selection and similar factors, resulting in user frustration, mistrust and the confusion, or simply - the unsatisfactory ultimate shopping experience. The end result is often a failure to choose a product or quitting in purchase process, which in turn leads to poorer conversions and poorer sales results. Throughout this thesis, various elements and principles of website design will be deconstructed and analyzed, in order to show what needs to be applied and upgraded to achieve customer satisfaction in the purchase process and thus the company's goals.
