Abstract

Tema diplomskog rada je istražiti koje i kakve promjene tiskovnom mediju i općenito grafičkoj industriji donosi multimedijsko okružje. U svrhu ovog diplomskog rada izraditi će se analiza istraživanja kojima je osnovna tematika budućnost tiska odnosno tiskovnih medija. Web je promijenio način rada i poslovanja u grafičkoj industriji; eKnjige, eNovine, eCommerce i sve ostale eUsluge primorale su nas da promijenimo način razmišljanja u svim segmentima industrije te da se prilagodimo promjenama koje je donijelo multimedijsko okružje. Premda je ofset iz aspekta volumena i količine repromaterijala vodeća tehnika u komercijalnom segmentu; koliki je udjel digitalnih tehnika u komercijalnom tisku i da li će ofset tisak i dalje dominirati u broju otisnutih araka i potrošene mase papira. Digitalni tisak krupnim koracima grabi naprijed jer je sasvim očito da se u manje od 10% volumena ukupnog broja proizvoda zapravo skriva najveći dio profita. U kojem smjeru će se razvijati Web ofset, da li će se neka druga tehnika poput Inkjet tehnologije razviti visoko produkcijske strojeve? Predstavljaju li nove tehnologije samo snažnu konkurenciju tiskovnom mediju, ili će digitalne alternative poboljšati i nekim granama unaprijediti grafičku industriju? Na osnovu rezultata prikazati će se projekcija budućeg odnosa tiskovnog i elektronskih medija.

Abstract in english: The topic of the thesis is to investigate what, and which changes multimedia brings is bringing to the graphic industry. For the purpose of this graduate thesis, an analysis of research will be produced, with the main topic being the future of the press or the press media. The Web has changed its way of working and business in the graphic industry; eBooks, eNews, eCommerce and all other eServices led us to change the way of thinking in all segments of the industry and adapt to the changes brought by the multimedia environment. Although ofset from the aspect of volume and quantity of raw material technology in the commercial segment, how much is the share of digital techniques in commercial printing and whether ofset printing will still dominate the number of prints and paper weighs. Digital printing takes a big step forward because it's obvious that less than 10% of the total product volume hides most of the profit. In what direction will Web ofset be developed, will some other techniques like Inkjet technology develop high-production machines? Do new technologies present only strong competition to print media, or will digital alternatives improve some branches to improve the graphics industry? Based on the results, a projection of the future relationship between print and electronic media will be presented.
