Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu obrađena je tema sustava zatvaranja na složivim kartonskim kutijama. Složive se kutije proizvode kroz različite radne procese koji obuhvaćaju tisak, lakiranje i štancanje. Ove vrste kutija nazivaju se još i preklopivim kutijama. Složive kartonske kutije zauzimaju važno mjesto u proizvodnji ambalaže. Eksperimentalni dio ovog rada predstavlja izradu i analizu 14 malih složivih kutija, 8 kutija sa zaključavanjem i 6 kutija koje se zatiču trenjem. Kutije su izrađene s minimalnim tehničkim razlikama od kromopapira. Dvije bitne stavke na kojima je rad baziran su pogodnost za automatsko pakiranje i upotrebu nakon pakiranja te obje karakteristike ovise o ispravno izvedenim elementima za zatvaranje kutija. Elementi za zatvaranje prilagođeni su debljini kartona. Cilj samoga istraživanja je utvrđivanje pravilnih dimenzija elemenata u sustavu zatvaranja na složivim kartonskim kutijama, a pod ispravnim dimenzijama podrazumijevaju se takve koje osiguravaju ispravno pakiranje na liniji za pakiranje i pogodnost za upotrebu nakon pakiranja. Ispravno izvedeni sustavi zatvaranja osiguravaju neometan rad na linijama za pakiranje te lako otvaranje kutije bez tendencije spontanom otvaranju.

Abstract in english: The work describes construction principles of closure systems on setup paperboard boxes. They make complex products through various work processes that include printing, lacquering and stamping. These types of boxes are also called folding boxes. Folding cardboard boxes take an important place in the production of packaging. The experimental part of this paper is the design and analysis of 14 small folding boxes, 8 locking boxes and 6 friction-locking boxes. The boxes are made with minimal technical differences from chromo paper. The two essential items on which the work is based are suitable for automatic packaging and post-packaging use, and the characteristics depend on the correct performance elements to close the box. The closure elements were adapted to the thickness of the cardboard. The goal of the research is to determine the correct dimensions of the elements in the closure system on folding cardboard boxes, and the correct dimension means those that ensure properpackaging on the packaging line and suitability for use after packaging. Properly designed closure systems ensure smooth operation of the packaging line and easy opening of boxes without the tendency to open spontaneously.
