Abstract
Prema zadnjem izvješću, osobe s invaliditetom čine oko 12,4% stanovništva Republike Hrvatske. Puno je različitih tipova osoba s invaliditetom - osobe oštećena sluha, govora i vida su najčešći tipovi. Zbog svojih prava moraju obavljati preglede i vještačenja koja su vezana za njihov invaliditet ili poteškoće, a kako smo u 21. stoljeću, u modernom dobu gdje tehnologija brzo napreduje, skoro sve informacije se mogu pronaći na internetu, na web stranicama kao i stupiti u kontakt putem istih. Međutim, tu se javlja problem kod različitih tipova osoba s poteškoćama jer im većina web stranica nije digitalno pristupačna niti ne poštuje Zakon o pristupačnosti mrežnih stranica u RH. U ovom radu će se riješiti spomenuti problem na SUVAG-ovoj web stranici (namijenjenoj prvenstveno osobama s oštećenim sluhom) uz pomoć raznih testova, istraživanja i redizajna. Fokus je na brzom pronalaženju traženih informacija i online kontaktiranju koje ne uključuje pisanje emaila i telefonski poziv. Cilj je osobama s invaliditetom olakšati pristup web stranicama što rezultira i lakšim obavljanjem njihovih obveza, npr. naručivanje termina za određeni pregled.

| Abstract in english: | According to the latest report, people with disabilities make for about 12.4% of the population of the Republic of Croatia. There are many different types of people with disabilities - people with hearing, speech and vision impairment are the most common types. To exercise their rights, they have to undergo examinations and expertise, which are related to their disability or difficulties and as we are in the 21st century, in the modern age where technology is advancing rapidly, almost all information can be found on the Internet and websites, that allow contact to be made through them. However, there is a hindrance to different types of people with disabilities, since most of their websites are not digitally accessible or they fail to comply with the Law on Accessibility of Websites in the Republic of Croatia. In this paper, the mentioned problem will be solved on SUVAG's website (designed primarily for people with hearing impairment) by means of various tests, research and redesign. The focus is on finding the information one is looking for in a fast manner and contacting online in the form that does not involve writing an email or making a phone call. The aim is to make it easier for people with disabilities to access websites, which results in facilitating their duties performing, such as making appointments for a specific examination. |
