Abstract

Ambalaža je kompleksan proizvod koji prolazi kroz više faza procesa kako bi se razvio konkurentan konačan proizvod. Fleksotiskarska tehnika posljednjih godina je sve značajnija tehnika tiska ambalaže te će kao takva zauzimati vrlo važnu ulogu i u budućnosti. Složenost samog procesa tiska ambalaže i odnosa s ostalim fazama proizvodnje je zanimljivo i vrlo značajno područje istraživanja. U ovoj doktorskoj disertaciji istraživala se korelacija koeficijenta frikcije kod polimerne ambalaže s kolorimetrijom boja koje su važne u proizvodnji fleksibilne polimerne ambalaže. Poseban fokus istraživanja stavljen je na reproduciranje procesnih boja koje zbog svog sastava pokazuju određenu transparentnost nakon tiska i sušenja otiska. Na osnovi dobivenih rezultata proširit će se standard i dati preporučene vrijednosti u području koeficijenta frikcije kod polimernih materijala te se očekuje kako će se dobivenim rezultatima i analizom kolorimetrijskih vrijednosti ostvariti viša kvaliteta same reprodukcije fleksotiskarskim tiskom na polimernim materijalima kod termoskupljajućih etiketa.

Abstract in english: In order to develop a competitive final product, packaging production has to go through several stages of a complex process. In recent years, flexographic printing has become an increasingly important packaging printing technique and it will also remain very important in the future. The complexity of the packaging printing process itself and its connection to other stages of production is an interesting and very significant area of research. In this doctoral dissertation the correlation of the coefficient of friction of polymer packaging and colorimetry of colors important in the production of flexible polymer packaging is studied. A special focus is placed on the reproduction of process colors which show some transparency after printing and drying due to their composition. Based on the results obtained the standard will be set and the recommended values will be given for coefficients of friction of polymer materials, and it is expected that the obtained results and the analysis of colorimetric values will result in better quality of flexographic printing on polymer materials with heat shrink labels.
