Abstract

Abstract in english: | Mass production of plastic packaging for food products has resulted in serious consequences for the ecosystem. As the use of plastics can be prevented and/or reduced, alternative materials that are environmentally friendly are used. In addition to natural materials, biopolymers are used as a substitute for polymers or plastics. Recently, nanotechnology has been developed that includes biopolymers to influence improvements in the production and processing of the food sector. This paper seeks to find appropriate materials for the production of cutlery, cutlery and beverage packaging in air transport. Based on the scientific literature and the results of the survey of the target group, the appearance of the packaging will be realized. Ecological sustainability and sustainable design are in a unique harmony, so the combination of both will enable the final design with environmental aspects, provide its purpose and function, while looking aesthetically appealing. |
