Abstract
Svakim danom internet-trgovine bilježe sve veći porast korisnika. Ljudi se sve više okreću internet-kupovini zbog jednostavnosti i mogućnosti brzog pronalaska proizvoda. Za vrijeme kupovine korisnici mogu detaljno istražiti podatke o proizvodu, pročitati usporedbe s drugim proizvodima i usporediti cijene te na kraju kupiti proizvod u kratkom vremenskom roku bez čekanja na blagajni. Bez obzira na široku dostupnost internet-trgovina, mnoge ne nude adekvatnu uporabljivost i korisničko iskustvo te korisnici znaju odustati prilikom procesa naplate. Neki od problema koji se javljaju prilikom kupovine, a ključni su u dobrom provođenju naplate u internet-trgovini su: prevelik broj stranica koje korisnik mora pogledati, prespor proces naplate te manjak u količini i kvaliteti informacija za korisničku podršku. Svaki segment aplikacija za kupovinu putem Interneta predstavlja izazov kod dizajniranja korisničkog sučelja, a sam proces naplate predstavlja ključnu fazu prilikom internet-kupovine jer je to jedna od stavki koja posjetitelja pretvara u kupca. U ovom će se radu obraditi problematika i uloga procesa pretrage i pregleda proizvoda, pregleda i modifikacije košarice, te naplate prilikom internet-kupovine, odnosno koliko zapravo različiti pristupi dizajnu sučelja za naplatu u sustavu internet-trgovine imaju utjecaj na konačno korisničko iskustvo.

Abstract in english: | Internet stores are recording an increasing number of users daily. People are progressively turning to Internet shopping because of the simplicity and ability to quickly find products. At the time of purchase, users can research product information in detail, read comparisons with other products, compare prices, and finally buy the product in a short period of time without waiting at the checkout. Despite the wide availability of Internet stores, many of them do not offer adequate usability and user experience, therefore users are known to give up during the billing process. Some of the problems that are key to a good billing process in an online store are: too many pages for user to view, too slow billing process, and lack of quantity and quality of customer support information. Each segment of online shopping applications poses a challenge when designing the user interface, and the billing process itself is a key stage in online shopping because it is one of the items that turns a visitor into a customer. This paper will address the issues and the role of product research and review, shopping cart review and modification, and billing process when shopping online, that is how different approaches to billing interface design in an online store system actually affect the end user experience. |
