Abstract
Prema navedenoj temi završnog rada cilj je detaljno opisati principe rada pojedinih dijelova ofsetnog stroja konkretno u ovom primjeru Heidelberg osmerobojnog stroja. U uvodu ovog završnog rada reći će se nešto općenito o tisku i navesti kakvi sve ofset strojevi postoje. Razrada će se uglavnom fokusirati na karakteristike osmerobojnog stroja, po čemu se razlikuje od drugih i njegove prednosti. S obzirom da se radi o suvremenom ofsetnom stroju kojeg prati pregršt dodatne opreme zadatak je svaki od njih pojedinačno obraditi počevši od ulagaćeg aparata pa sve do izlagaćeg aparata i kontrolnog centra. Tisak na ovom stroju je obostran i koristi sistem za okret arka, preko bubnja koji ćemo detaljno pojasniti. Zaključak završnog rada bazirat će se na prednostima i manama koje se događaju prilikom tiska na navedenom stroju, praćenjem rada i iskustvom glavnih strojara koji rade na njemu.

| Abstract in english: | According to the mentioned topic of the final paper, the aim is to describe in detail the principles of operation of individual parts of the offset machine, specifically in this example of the Heidelberg eight-colour machine. In the introduction to this final paper, we will say something general about printing and list what kind of offset machines exist. The elaboration will mainly focus on the characteristics of the eight-colour machine, which distinguish it from others and its advantages. Since this is a modern offset machine that is accompanied by a handful of accessories, the task is to process each of them individually, starting from the input to the output machine and control center. The print on this machine is double-sided and uses an arc rotation system, via a drum that we will explain in detail. The conclusion of the final work will be based on the advantages and disadvantages that occur when printing on the specified machine, monitoring the work and experience of the main operators working on it. |
