Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada obuhvaća istraživanje područje user experience (UX) i user interface (UI) dizajna koje je jedno od najbrže rastućih profesija današnjice.Ovaj rad prikazuje njegovu primjena na stvarnom primjeru brenda Aromabella koji jedan od brendova male zagrebačke firme. Pretpostavka istraživanja je bila da se kupci teže snalaze na web stranici spomenutog brenda koja, zbog stare izrade, nije prilagođena trenutnim standardima struke i zahtjevima korisnika. Analizirala se konkurencija i napravila se usporedba sa trenutnim stanjem Aromabella web stranice.Izradio se prototip novog dizajna web stranice na osnovi analiziranih web stranica i trenda koji oni prate. Od provedenog redizajna i analize konkurencije očekivalo se da stvore dodatan uvid u pravila, trendove, očekivanja korisnika i potencijalne poteškoće s kojima se susreću.Cilj ovog rada je bolje razumjeti iskustva korisnika te njihovo “putovanje” do uspješne kupovine, sa krajnjim ciljem boljeg pozicioniranja brenda na tržištu i približavanje krajnjim korisnicima.

Abstract in english: The topic of this final paper covers research in the field of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, which is one of the fastest growing professions today. This paper presents its application on a real example of the Aromabella brand, which is one of the brands of a small Zagreb company. The premise of the research was that customers find it harder to navigate the website of the said brand, which, due to the old design, is not adapted to current professional standards and user requirements. The competition was analyzed and a comparison was made with the current state of the Aromabella website. A prototype of a new website design was made based on the analyzed websites and the trend they follow. The redesign and analysis of the competition was expected to provide additional insight into the rules, trends, user expectations and potential difficulties they face. The aim of this paper is to better understand the experiences of users and their "journey" to successful shopping, with the ultimate goal of better positioning the brand in the market and getting closer to end users.
