Abstract

U ovom završnom radu uspoređene su prve Hrvatske web trgovine s današnjim modernijim dizajnom web trgovina, te je opisan početak razvoja web trgovina u svijetu. Navedene su prve web trgovine u svijetu, te deset prvih web trgovina u Hrvatskoj. Prve popularne web trgovine koje su i dan danas na samom vrhu internet poslovanja u cijelome svijetu, te ukratko prikazane i uspoređene iste stranice, ali za različite države. Prikazane su najbolje ili najpopularnije web trgovine u Hrvatskoj koje se trenutno najviše posjećuju i koje najbolje posluju. Uspoređene su dvije najbolje web trgovine, njihov sam dizajn, od naslovne stranice i njihovih proizvoda. Opisani su razni načini za izradu web stranica, od onih jednostavnih za koje ne treba previše znanja kao što su website builderi . Onih koji su malo kompliciraniji, ali sa puno više mogućnosti kao što je WordPress. Tu su također i onih koji su puno kompliciraniji te koji zahtijevaju vještine i znanja u programskih jezicima, a to su naravno HTML (HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). Te na kraju onaj najpopularniji, ali možda i najteži od svih JavaScript. Istraživački dio je proveden putem online ankete. Plan istraživanja je temeljen na odabranim dizajnom web trgovina. Putem ankete istraženo je koliko zapravo utjecaj dizajna znači prilikom kupnje raznih proizvoda. U anketi prvo saznajemo osnovne podatke o kupcu, koliko često zapravo ljudi kupuju online. Zatim za odabrane web trgovine najprije je prikazana sama naslovna stranica koju otvaramo prilikom „ulaženja“ u web trgovinu, tj. otvaranjem web stranice, zatim uspoređujemo sadržaj izbornika za proizvode. U anketi saznajemo kakav padajući izbornik je najbolji, kako bi trebao biti prikazan odabrani proizvod, kako bi košarica za plaćanje trebala izgledati te na kraju saznajemo koliko je zapravo bitan izgled web trgovine pri kupnji i koliko on utječe kod potrošača na izbor proizvoda preko web trgovine. Cilj ovog završnog rada je istražiti koliki je utjecaj web dizajna na potrošače prilikom biranja web trgovine. Web dizajneri pažljivo prate gdje se potrošači najviše zadržavaju, te tako diktiraju i kreiraju trendove i direktno utječu na njihov odabir. Hipoteze istraživanja su da dizajn web stranice ima veliku ulogu u odabiru web trgovine prilikom kupnje raznih proizvoda. Dobro dizajnirana stranica može direktno imati utjecaj na kupca i njegov odabir. Te na kraju napraviti web stranicu uzimajući u obzir mišljenje ispitanika i svoj osoban

Abstract in english: In this final work, the first Croatian web stores are compared with today's more modern design of web stores, the development of web stores in the world as it begins is described. The first web stores in the world and ten first web stores in Croatia are listed. The first popular web stores that are still at the top of internet business in the whole world, and briefly presented and compared the same pages but for different countries. The best or most popular web stores in Croatia, which are currently visited the most and which do the best business, are shown. Two of the best web stores were compared, their very design, from the front page and their products. Various ways to create websites are described, from simple ones that do not require too much knowledge, such as website builders, to those that are a little more complicated but with many more options, such as WordPress, and finally to those that are much more complicated and require skills and knowledge in programming languages, which of course are HTML (HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and the most popular but perhaps the most difficult of all, JavaScript. The research part was conducted through an online survey. The research plan is based on the selected design of web stores, through a survey it was investigated how much the influence of design actually means when buying various products. In the survey, we first find out how often people actually buy online, and which age groups use web stores the most, then the front page of the selected web store is first displayed, which we open when "entering" the web store, i.e. by opening the website, then we compare the menu content for products. In the survey, we find out what kind of dropdown menu is best, how the selected product should be displayed, how the payment basket should look, and finally we find out how important the appearance of the web store is when making a purchase and how much it influences people to buy products online. The goal of this final work is to investigate the impact of web design on consumers when choosing a web store. Web designers carefully monitor where consumers stay the most, thus dictating and creating trends and directly influencing their choices. The hypotheses of the research are that the design of the website plays a big role in choosing a web store when buying various products. A well-designed page can directly influence the customer and his choice.
