Abstract

Abstract in english: | The subject of this final paper is to present the reproduction of the FDM model using technology obtained by photogrammetry. The aim is to see if the establishment can be replicated by this route for the purpose of functional use or replacement of parts that can no longer be used. Relevant literature is used in the theoretical part of the paper. The author theoretically defined all important concepts; 3D scanning, photogrammetry, and 3D printing. In the experimental part of the paper, a physical object was scanned, which serves as a part of a graphic machine. The main tools used in the construction are smartphone camera and computer, and they are the only necessary hardware. To obtain a 3D object, used software are Meshroom, Meshlab, and Netfabb. The paper concludes that although photogrammetry functions as a process, it does not apply to all objects, it will not be able to scan each object properly, depending on its indentations, roundabouts, and the like. For further research, it would be good to scan several different objects and print them from several different 3D printers. This is a technology that promises a lot in the future and further development could serve as an ideal solution to replace the necessary parts. |
