Abstract
U ovom radu prikazati će se metode reinženjeringa jer se razvojem tehnologija i grafička struka mora prilagoditi tržištu, pa tako i zaštitne radionice kako bi ostale održive na tržištu. Da bi se tako nešto moglo postići, trebalo bi provesti određenu reorganizaciju za moguće pozitivne pomake. Način edukacije za lakše zapošljavanje bi se mogao poboljšati primjenom novih tehnologija; VR sustava kako bi se što vjernije prikazala stvarna radna okolina, pametnih telefona koji bi uvelike poboljšali komunikaciju osobama sa oštećenjem sluha uvodeći mobilne prevoditelje. Sve to treba uzeti u obzir jer tiskare i danas zapošljavaju veliki broj osoba s invaliditetom.

| Abstract in english: | In this work there will be present reengineering methods because as technology develops and the graphic structure must adapt to the market, and so protective workshops in order to keep others on the market. In order for something like this to be achieved, some reorganization should be carried out for possible positive developments. The way of education for easier employment could be improved by applying new technologies; VR system to more accurately portray the real work environment, smartphones that would greatly improve communication for people with hearing impairments by introducing mobile translators. All this should be taken into account because printing houses still employ a large number of people with disabilities. |
