Abstract
Poznata je činjenica da svaka boja ima određeno psihološko djelovanje i budi različita osjećanja u čovjeku. Načini na koje boja utječe na različite segmente života tema su brojnih rasprava, razgovora i istraživanja, a kako boja utječe na zaposlenike; njihovu organizaciju posla, efikasnost i produktivnost, tema je istraživanja u ovom diplomskom radu. Sistematizacija i harmonija boja, njihovo psihološko djelovanje, ali i simbolika proučavaju se detaljnije u teorijskom dijelu rada, dok se eksperimentalni zasniva na provođenju anketnog istraživanja putem anketnog upitnika. Temeljni cilj istraživanja ispitati je kako pojedinci koriste i reagiraju na boje u organizaciji svog rada tijekom korištenja nekih računalnih programa te smatraju li da upotreba boja pospješuje process i rezultate njihovog rada. Uz to, naglasak se stavlja i na istraživanje navika ispitanika u korištenju boja: iz kojih razloga se odlučuju za upotrebu boja, koje boje preferiraju te u kojoj mjeri ih koriste. Kroz istraživački dio ispituju se, postupcima anketiranja, procjenjivanja i rangiranja, navike korištenja boja u organizaciji rada 85 ispitanika različitih dobnih skupina i zanimanja. Takvom detaljnom analizom odgovora ispitanika postavljene hipoteze rada se potvrđuju ili opovrgavaju, otkriva se postoji li simbolika boja u poslovnom svijetu i ovise li boje o tipu osobnosti, dobi ili sektoru zaposlenja.

Abstract in english: | It's known that each color has a certain psychological effect and arouses different feelings. The ways in which color affects different segments of life are the subject of numerous discussions, conversations, and research. How does color affect employees, their work organization, efficiency and productivity is the topic of research in this Master thesis. Systematization and harmony of colors, their psychological effect, but also symbolism are studied in more detail in the theoretical part of the thesis, while the experimental is based on conducting a survey through a survey questionnaire. The main goal of the research is to examine how individuals use and react to colors in the organization of their work and whether they believe that the use of colors improves the process and results of their work. In addition, emphasis is placed on researching the respondents' habits in the use of colors: for what reasons they decide to use colors, which colors they prefer and to what extent they use them. Through the research part, the habits of using colors in the organization of the work of 85 respondents of different age and occupations are examined by the procedures of survey, assessment and ranking. Such a detailed analysis of the respondents' answers confirms or refutes the set work hypotheses, reveals whether there is a symbolism of colors in the business world and whether colors depend on the type of personality, age or employment sector. |
