Abstract

U ovom radu razvija se i prikazuje proces dizajna ekološki održive ambalaže za prirodne kozmetičke proizvode. U samom procesu dizajna ukratko se obrađuje i istražuje tema ekološki održive ambalaže, prikazuju dosadašnja istraživanja te se analizira i odabire najprihvatljivija opcija, u opsegu realnih mogućnosti diplomskog rada, za prijedlog autorskog dizajna ambalaže. Analizira se tržište prirodnih kozmetičkih proizvoda, prikazuju i proučavaju se ambalaže istih kategorija, istražuju se i definiraju najvažniji atributi pakiranja te se prilagođavaju odabranoj temi. Nakon spomenute analize, dokumentira se proces dizajna, od odabira oblika ambalaže, slikovnih elemenata, boje, loga i vrste materijala, a na kraju se prikazuje finalni izgled ambalaže. Nad ispitanicima se vrši anketa uspješnosti izrađenog dizajna, ispitivanje asocijacija sa prirodnom kozmetikom te prepoznavanja ekološke održivosti prema izgledu ambalaže. Temeljem dobivenih rezultata iz istraživanja, zaključuje se uspješnost izvedenog dizajna i komunikacije prirodnog i ekološki održivog proizvoda, te se utemeljuje jesu li iskazane hipoteze potvrđene: H1: „Materijal kao tehnički atribut ambalaže komunicira ekološku osviještenost“; H2: „Ilustracija kao komunikacijski atribut ambalaže asocira na prirodni kozmetički proizvod“.

Abstract in english: This paper develops and presents the process of designing environmentally sustainable packaging for natural cosmetic products. In the design process itself, the topic of environmentally sustainable packaging is briefly processed and researched, previous researches are presented, and the most acceptable option is analyzed and selected, within the thesis possibilities, for the author's conceptual packaging design. The market of natural cosmetic products is analyzed, packaging of the same categories are presented and studied, the most important attributes of packaging are researched and defined, and they are adapted to the chosen topic. After the mentioned analysis, the design process is documented from the selection of the packaging shapes, pictorial elements, color, logo and type of material to the final appearance of the whole packaging. The survey is conducted and respondents are questioned on the success of the design, on the associations with natural cosmetics and recognition of environmental sustainability according to the appearance of packaging. Based on the obtained results from the research, the success of the performed design and communication of the natural and ecologically sustainable product is concluded, and it is established whether the stated hypotheses have been confirmed: H1: “Material of the packaging as technological attribute communicates environmental sustainability.”; H2: “Illustration as communication attribute associates with natural cosmetics.”
