Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu će bit će obrađeni cijeli postupak od kreiranja 3D objekta pa sve do 3D ispisa na 3D pisaču. Bit će prezentirani razni softveri koji se koriste za stvaranje 3D modela, te koji se softveri koriste u kojim industrijama i zašto.Koje su razlike između CAD softvera (Fusion 360, SolidWorks) i softvera za 3D modeliranje (Blender, Maya) i koje su razlike kod modeliranja za 3D ispis ili neke druge grane (npr. Računalne igre). Nakon izrade 3D modela prije ispisa objekt moramo ubaciti u takozvani softver za 3D printanje (“slicing softvare”).Veći proizvođači 3D pisača imaju svoje “slicing softvare” oni će biti spomenuti u ovom radu ali najveći fokus će biti na najčešće korištene softvare a to su Cura i Simplify3D. U slicing softveru određujemo razne parameter koji će imati veliku ulogu tijekom samog ispisa kao što su debljina nanosa sloja, temperature mlaznice i površine na kojoj se vrši ispis. Također će biti pokazane i obrazložene dvije najčešće upotrebljavane tehnike 3D ispisa, 3D pisači različitih proizvođača (Creality, Prusa) njihovi prednosti i nedostaci te sam razvoj tehnologije 3D ispisa u posljednjih 30 godina, gdje se sve ova tehnologija koristi i što se od ove tehnologije očekuje u budućnosti i daljnjem razvoju.

Abstract in english: In this Master thesis will be explained whole process from creating 3D model to printing it on 3D printer. It will be presented all kind of different software’s that are used for creating 3D models, and what are the most popular ones that are used in the industry and why. It will be explained what are the differences between CAD software’s (Fusion 360, SolidWorks) and software’s for 3D modeling like Blender and Maya and what are the differences in modeling process for 3D printing or some other branches of industry (e.g. video games). After making 3D model before printing it the model is imported in so called “Slicing software”. More powerful 3D printer’s manufacturers has their own “slicing software” and they will be mentioned in this thesis but the most mentioned ones will be the most used ones and those are Cura and Simplify3D. In slicing software we are determining all kind of parameter’s that will have big impact in 3D printing process like layer height, nozzle temperature and printing platform. There will also be mentioned two most used 3D printing technologies, 3D printers from different manufacturers (Creality, Prusa) their advantages and disadvantages, the whole 3D printing process that has been developing in last 30 years and what is expected from this technology in the future and it’s further development.
