Abstract
Materijali izrađeni od nanočestica predstavljaju nove temelje u postupku stvaranja novih materijala sa poboljšanim performansama i funkcionalnostima. Nanočestice prosječno su veličine od 1 do 100 nanometara (nm). Mogu biti metalne, keramičke ili od polimernih materijala. Materijali načinjeni od nanočestica daju tipično bolja svojstva u odnosu na izradu konvencionalnim metodama. U grafičkoj industriji materijali izraženi nanotehnologijom daju potpuno nova svojstva u izradi papirne i kartonske ambalaže na način unaprjeđenja postojećih metoda proizvodnje ili samih materijala. Primjenu nanotehnologije može se naći u svim segmentima grafičke industrije - od proizvodnje abmalaže pa sve do izrade grafičkih displeja, zaštiti brandova i novčanica itd. No, utjecaj nanotehnologije na čovjeka i okoliš tek se istražuje jer pošto je to sasvim nova tehnologija, utjecaji njezinih čestica još nisu sasvim poznati, a mogli bi biti kobni po zdravlje i okoliš.

Abstract in english: | Materials made of nanoparticles introduce new foundations in making of new materials with improved abilities and functionalities. Nanoparticles are average size of 1 to 100 nanometers (nm). They can be made of metal, ceramics or polymer materials. Materials made of nanoparticles tipicaly give better properties comapred to ones made with conventional methods. In graphical industry, materials made with nanotechnology give completely new properties in production of paper and bulk packaging in terms of improving existing production lines or materials. Implementation of nanotechnology can be found in every segment of graphical industry - from wrapping materials to making of various displays, brand or banknote protection etc. However, impact of nanotechnology on humans and enviroment is still unknown and it's under investigation becaouse it's completely new technology and her impacts are still unknown and they could be fatal for humans and enviroment. |
