Abstract

Dimenzionalna stabilnost je jedno od najvažnijih svojstava papira, ali i ostalih tiskovnih podloga, kao što su kartoni, ljepenke, folije i drugo. Nedostatna dimenzionalna stabilnost dovodi do poteškoća s paserom u tisku, te do nabiranja i neestetskog izgleda papira nakon tiska. Dimenzionalna stabilnost je ispitivana metodom holografske interferometrije. Holografska interferometrija jest pouzdana, precizna metoda bez razaranja kod koje je specifično to što se mjerenje može beskonačno ponavljati na istom uzorku te se može obavljati tijekom samog proizvodnog procesa, a da ga ne usporava niti ometa. Trenutno se ta metoda u grafičkoj tehnologiji koristi uglavnom u laboratorijskim ispitivanjima, ali je našla i svoju primjenu u industriji - zasad samo pri proizvodnji flekso valjaka.

Abstract in english: Dimensional stability is one of the most importanat paper attributes as well as the other print substrates like paper boards, corugated boards, foils and so on. Lack of dimensional stability leads to bad print register, and shrinkage of the paper afterwards. Dimensional stability was examined by the method of holographic interferometry. Holographic interferometry is a reliable, precise, non-destructive method where mesurement can be repeated indefinately on the same sample and during the process without interference. Currently, in graphic technology that metod is used in laboratory testing, but has also found its place in manufacturing, such as flexogravure rolls production.
