Abstract

HDR (High Dynamic Range) fotografija je idući veliki korak u podruĉju digitalne fotografije. Stvaranje fotografija velikog dinamiĉkog raspona (engl. High Dynamic Range Imaging) obuhvaća niz tehnika razvijanih kroz posljednjih 20 godina, u svrhu prevladavanja ograniĉenja elektroniĉkih ureĊaja, spajanjem više razliĉito eksponiranih fotografija odreĊenog prizora u jednu fotografiju fantastiĉnog izgleda. HDR fotografija omogućuje fotografu 'biljeţenje' većeg raspona u tonskim prijelazima nego što je to moguće postići jednim okidanjem fotografskog aparata. Drugim rijeĉima, širi dinamiĉki raspon omogućava HDR fotografijama toĉniji prikaz širokog raspona intenziteta prisutnog u 'stvarnom svijetu'. Dva glavna izvora HDR fotografija su kompjutersko renderiranje i spajanje više fotografija u jednu. Photomatix aplikacije (meĊu kojima je najpoznatija Photomatix Pro) su samostalni programi za stvaranje i obradu HDR fotografija. Od drugog softvera pogodnog za simulaciju i manipulaciju HDR fotografijama znaĉajniji su Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom i Photoshop Elements.

Abstract in english:	HDR stands for High Dynamic Range and it is the next big step in photography. The High Dynamic Range Imaging is a set of techniques that has been developed about 20 years ago to overcome the limitations of electronic devices by combining multiple exposures into one great looking image. HDR images enable photographers to record a greater range of tonal detail than a given camera could capture in a single photo. In other words, this wider dynamic range allows HDR images to more accurately represent the wide range of intensity levels found in 'real' scenes. Two main sources of HDR imagery are computer renderings and merging of multiple photographs. Photomatix applications (Photomatix Pro seems to be most popular) are stand-alone programs that create and process HDR images. Other software capable of creating and manipulating HDR imagery includes Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop Elements.
