Abstract

U ovom radu razraĊen je proces automatizacije kod ofsetnih strojeva i aparativno upravljanje tiskom pomoću CPC (Computer Print Control) sustava, nadzor i kontrola proizvodnje tijekom tiska, implementacija standarda i uporaba objektivnog sustava za mjerenje svih parametara koji odreĊuju kvalitetu. RazraĊeni su sustavi koji uvelike pomažu i pridonose samoj kvaliteti proizvoda, što je i njihova glavna uloga, kako bi se dobilo što kvalitetnije otiske u što kraćem vremenu i uz što manju potrošnju repromaterijala. Njihova uloga takoĊer je i oĉuvanje okoliša jer ih se može brže podesiti i tako smanjiti broj makulatura, otopine za vlaženje i bojila. Analiza vremena podešavanja izmjerena na stroju pokazala je prednosti automatskog sustava. Cilj je dobiti što kvalitetniji proizvod u što kraćem vremenu, stoga je potrebno povezati sve faze grafiĉke proizvodnje.

Abstract in english:	This paper will elaborate the process of automation in offset machines and instrumental printing control by using CPC (Computer Print Control) system, supervision and production control during press, implementation of standards and the use of an objective system for measuring all the parameters that determine quality. It will also develop systems that greatly assist and contribute to the quality of the product, which is in conclusion their main function. In order to receive better print in the shortest possible time and with as little expenditure of funds. Their role is also to preserve the environment because they can be quickly adjusted, and thus reduce the number of maculature, the wetting solution and dyes. The goal is to receive a better quality product in the shortest time possible, hence the need to connect all phases of graphic production.
