Abstract

Grafička industrija suočena je u današnjici sa sve većim zahtjevima produktivnosti. U situaciji u kojoj se postavljaju zahtjevi što brže proizvodnje s obzirom na nižu cijenu i eliminaciju ljudskog faktora pogreške, senzori diskretne pozicije predstavljaju moguće rješenje za poboljšanje poslovnog sustava i ostvarivanje dodatnog profita. U radu je opisan princip rada senzora te njihova primjena unutar grafičke industrije za automatsku regulaciju i nadzor koji obavljaju nad proizvodnim procesima tiskarskog pogona. Investicijom u takve elemente postrojenja dobiva se brzi protok i obrada svih prikupljenih proizvodnih informacija.

Abstract in english:	In the present days, printing industry is faced with the increasing demands of productivity. In situation in which the requirements set faster production due to lower prices and elimination of human error factor, proximity sensors represent a possible solution to improve business systems and earning extra profit. This article describes the working principle of the sensors and their applications in the graphics industry for automatic regulation and monitoring carried out over the production processes of the printing operation. Investment in such elements of the plant gets the faster flow and processing of all collected production information.
