Abstract

Ink Jet tehnologija otiskivanja postala je dostupna, kako niţom cijenom tako i kvalitetom, te se sve više upotrebljava za otiskivanje na različitim materijalima pa tako i na tekstilnim materijalima. Cilj ovog rada je pobliţe analizirati postojanost otisaka na pamučnom tekstilnom materijalu nastalih sa Ink Jet UV sušećim bojilima. Za proizvodnju otisaka primjeniti će se piezo Ink Jet Roland LEC 300 koji koristi UV sušeće bojilo (UV LED tehnologijom). Otisci koji će se analizirati nastati će tako dvijema metodama: indirektnim otiskivanjem na trensferne medije koji će se termalnim transferom prenjeti na tkaninu te direktnim otiskivanjem na pamučnu tkaninu. Postojanost otisaka s pripadajućim spektrofotometrijskim mjerenjima izvršit će se na Tekstilno-tehnološkom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu (u skladu s standardom metodama luţnatog pranja). Dodatno ispitivanje biti će izvršeno sa UV sušećim lakom, gdje će se analizirati njegov utjecaj na kolornu reprodukciju, zajedno s mogućim povećanjem mehaničke i kemijske otpornosti na detergente.

Abstract in english: Ink Jet printing technology has become more available, due to its low price as well as its high quality prints, and it is increasingly being used for applications on different materials, even on textile materials. The aim of this work is to closely analyze print consistency on cotton textile material as result of using Ink Jet UV curing inks. Device used for printing process will be piezo Ink Jet Roland LEC 300 with UV curing inks (UV LED technology). Prints will be analyzed as results of two methods: indirect printing on transfer media that will be afterwards impressed on textile cloth using thermal transfer method and direct printing on cotton textile material. Consistency of prints with associated spectrophotometric measurements will be done at Faculty of Textile Technology in Zagreb (according to standard method of alkaline washing). In addition, UV curing lacquer will be analyzed for its influence on color reproduction together with possible increase of mechanical and chemical resistance to detergents.
