Abstract

Rad obuhvaća, raščlanjuje i optimalizira cijeli proizvodni proces određenog ambalažnog proizvoda. Svi parametri koji utječu na proces će biti detaljno opisani tehnološkim slijedom. Bit će prikazana uloga svakoga od njih u samom proizvodnom procesu te u konačnoj kvaliteti ambalažnog proizvoda. U praktičnom dijelu rada će biti opisano kako jedan radni nalog prelazi u gotov proizvod, tj. pratit će se proizvodni proces od samog početka do kraja. Bit će praćeni, mjereni i memorirani svi parametri koji utječu na kvalitetu ambalažnog proizvoda. Optimalizacija parametara će se odvijati tijekom cijelog proizvodnog procesa. Dobiveni će podaci biti obrađeni te će se na temelju istih moći potvrditi ili opovrgnuti postavljena hipoteza.

Abstract in english:	This diploma thesis includes, analyzes and optimizes the entire manufacturing process of specific packaging product. All parameters that influence the process will be described in detail following the technological sequence. In this thesis will be displayed function by each of these parameters in the production process and in the final quality of the packaging product. In the practical part of the thesis will be described as a work order becomes a final product, the manufacturing process will be monitored from start to finish. It will be observed, measured and memorized all the parameters that affect the quality of packaging product. Optimization of the parameters will be conducted throughout the manufacturing process. The obtained data will be processed and will be based on the same power to confirm or disprove the hypothesis.
