Abstract

U diplomskom radu se opisuju i analiziraju svi aspekti ratne fotografije i problematike snimanja u ratnim situacijama. U radu su detaljno analizirani svi aspekti ratne fotografije počevši od povijesti i njenog razvoja uz poseban osvrt na hrvatsku ratnu fotografiju. Ubrzo po izumu fotografskog aparata počela se razvijati i ratna fotografija tako se kao prvi ratni fotograf spominje Englez Roger Fenton već 1855.god. Razvojem moderne digitalne fotografije porastao je broj fotografa i broj snimljenih fotografija u ratnim situacijama. Ratna fotografija izdiže se svojom osjetljivošću iznad klasičnih umjetničkih ili novinarskih aspekata fotografije. Kako bi se dao što bolji uvid u osjetljivost same ratne fotografije te njenu moć kao informativnog alata analizirana je kroz razne vidove fotografije. U svrhu temeljitije analize aspekti ratne fotografije podijeljeni su na ratnu fotografiju kao novinsku fotografiju, angažiranu fotografiju (socijalni aspekt, propaganda), tehničku te medicinsku fotografiju. Opisan je i sam fotografski sustav, a istraživanjem se prikazalo koja je optimalna fotografska oprema potrebna za snimanje u ratnim situacijama da bi se olakšalo snimanje i omogućio brži rad te kako se, kao fotograf, što bolje pripremiti za odlazak u ratnu zonu. To je potrebno kako bi se, zbog iznimnog psihičkog i fizičkog opterećenja, fotograf mogao pripremiti za takvo iskustvo koje nerjetko završava pogubno za samog fotografa. Zaseban dio diplomskog rada čine autorske fotografije.

Abstract in english:	Thesis describes and analyzes all aspects of war photography and recording issues in situations of conflict. The paper provides detailed analysis of all aspects of war photography ranging from history and its development with special reference to the Croatian war photography. Soon after the invention of the photographic apparatus interest has started to develop for wartime photos and Englishman Roger Fenton is mentioned as the first war photographer in the year 1855. Development of modern digital photography has increased the number of photographers and a number of photographs taken in war. Wartime photos sensitivity rises above the classic journalistic or artistic aspects of photography. To provide a better insight into the sensitivity of the War photography and its power, as a tool for information, was analyzed through the various aspects of photography. In order to thoroughly analyzes aspects of war photography, it has been divided on war photography as a newspaper photography, engaged photo (social aspect, propaganda), technical and medical photography. Photo camera system itself is described and the research results shown optimum configuration of photograhic equipment for easier and quicker recording. This is necessary in order to, for extraordinary mental and physical strain, the photographer could prepare for such an experience that so often ends fatally for the photographer. A separate part of the thesis consists of original photographs.
