Abstract
Internet kao pojam za online komunikaciju je postao sve važnije mjesto za razmjenu informacija, ideja, analiza, komunikacije i sl. Dolaskom web 2.0 na internetsku scenu mnogo toga se promijenilo, te je internet postao ne samo mjesto učenja i pronalaska informacija već mjesto za dijeljenje informacija, mjesto promocije, društvene zajednice, slično. Za razliku od web 1.0 tehnologija, koje su po sebi bile statične prirode tj. web aplikacije nisu omogućavale uređivanje od strane korisnika, već samo od strane pružatelja informacija. Web 2.0 tehnologije su to promijenile, kao pioniri web 2.0 tehnologija spominju se Wikipedia, dok su društvene mreže poput Facebooka, Twittera, LinkedIna, ostali servisi poput YouTuba, Vimea, Flicka, CloudComputinga i ostalih pridonijele naglom širenju ovog sindroma web 2.0 tehnologija koji danas poznajemo. Nakon brzog razvoja web 2.0 od strane korisnika, velika pozornost je posvećena kanalima promocije koji su također unaprijedili interakciju jer je sve više tvtki pristupilo web 2.0 zajednici u cilju bolje komunikacije sa korisnicima.

Abstract in english: | Internet as a term for online communication has become increasingly important for the exchange of information, ideas, analysis, communication, etc. The advent of Web 2.0 on Internet scene things have changed a lot, and the internet has become not only a place of learning and a place to find information, but to share information also, a place of promotion, social networking, etc. As opposed to Web 1.0 technologies were inherently static nature, web applications are not enabled editing by the user, but only by the information providers, Web 2.0 technologies have changed that. As pioneers of Web 2.0 technologies mentioned Wikipedia, while social networks like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, other services such as YouTube, Vimeo, Flicka, CloudComputing and others have contributed to this rapid expansion syndromes Web 2.0 technologies, which we know today. After the rapid development of Web 2.0 by users, much attention is devoted to the promotion channels that also improved the interaction because more companies access to web 2.0 communities in order to better communicate with their customers. |
