Abstract

Intenzivni razvoj fleksotiska u posljednjih dvadesetak godina doveo je do povećanja mogućnosti i kvalitete te se danas sasvim približio ostalim tehnikama tiska. Iako je specijaliziran kao tisak ambalaže njegova primjena se nalazi i u drugim domenama grafičke proizvodnje. Danas njegova primjena svakodnevno raste, a 40 % cjelokupne ambalaže tiskano je tehnikom fleksotiska. U ovom radu obrađena je teorija fleksotiska, od razvoja, principa rada, dijelova i vrste strojeva, do boja koje se koriste za tisak. Opisani su problemi iz prakse vezani uz nastanak ostataka boje nakon tiska. U eksperimentalnom dijelu opisani su i dokazani mogući načini ponovnog korištenja ostataka boje.

Abstract in english: The intensive development of flexography in the last twenty years has resulted in an increase of possibility and quality and nowadays it has come very close to other printing techniques. Although it is specialized as packaging print, it is also used in other domains of graphic production. Nowadays its application grows every day and 40% of the entire packaging is printed in flexography. In this work the theory of flexography is elaborated from its development, working principles, parts and machine types to flexographic printing inks. There is a description of problems from practice connected to the occurrence of leftover inks after the print. In the experimental part possible ways of reusing of the leftover inks are described and proved.
