Abstract

Najskuplja komponenta ofsetnih bojila je pigment. Radi smanjenja cijene u bojilo se dodaje jeftinija komponenta u obliku bijele transparentne boje. S time je ostvarena mogućnost različitog vezivanja ofsetnog bojila te bolji transfer na tiskovnu podlogu. Cijan bojilo je izabrano zbog sastava u kojem je osnova pigment baziran na ftalocijaninu koji je jedini sposoban ostvariti zadovoljavajuću kolornu vrijednost. Osim toga bojilu će se modificirati sastav dodatkom bijele transparentne boje koja se dodaje u omjeru od 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%. U ofsetnom tisku koriste se različiti tipovi rastera koji su potrebni za kreiranje polutonova. Ovim radom pokazat će se kako ubrzano starenje utječe na postojanost otiska u odnosu na dodatak transparentne bijele boje i različite vrste i linijature rastera (AM/FM). Tiskovna podloga korištena u istraživanju biti će visokokvalitetan papir za umjetnički tisak na kojem će se moći reproducirati i najfiniji rasterski elementi. U istraživanju će se koristiti uređaj Solarbox 1500E uz ISO standard (izlaganje u intervalima od 0, 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 144 i 240 sati). Kolorne promjene ispitat će se kolorimetrom X-rite Exact koji će dati Lab vrijednosti. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata utvrdit će se razlika u obojenju CIE ΔE 2000. Slikovna analiza otisaka izvršit će se digitalnim mikroskopom Dino-Lite Pro. Cilj rada je svjetlosnom simulacijom utvrditi kolika je postojanost otisaka i do koje je mjere moguće smanjiti koncentraciju pigmenta, a da se ne izgubi osnovna funkcija bojila, a to je prikaz odgovarajućeg tona.

Abstract in english: The most expensive component of the dye is a pigment. To reduce cost of the dye it is possible to add a cheaper filler or extender in form of white transparent dye that reduces concentrations of pigment. The cyan dye is selected because of its composition, besed on phthalocyanine, which is only dye able to achieve a satisfactory value of a colored print. Dye will have a modified composition witch contains different ratio of added filler (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%). Also offset printing is using different types of rasters to create the halftones. This paper will show how rapidly aging affects the stability of prints in relation to the added fillers and different types of raster (AM/FM). Printing substrate used in the study will be high quality art paper in which it is able to print finest screen elements. In reaserch we wil use a device Solarbox 1500E with ISO standard (exposure intervals 0, 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 144 and 240 hours). Changes in optical color properties will be tested with colorimeter XRite Exact which will provide Lab values . Based on the results we will determined differences in colouration by CIE ΔE 2000. The image analysis of samples will be made by digital microscope Dino-Lite Pro. The aim is to determine how much does light simulating affects the persistence of prints and to what extent is possible to reduce the concentration of pigment in dye without losing the basic function of dyes, to represent the correct tone of color.
