Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu govorit će se o jednom od načina zaštite tiskovnih medija putem oblikovanja rasterskih elementa. Ispitat će se tvrdnja da promjena oblika rasterskog elementa znatno utječe na identičnost otiska zbog čega ga se kao takvog teško moţe krivotvoriti. U svrhu ispitivanja, bit će otisnuto nekoliko araka na kojima će biti otisnuto različiti oblici rasterskih elemenata sa pripadajućim kutevima i linijaturama. Zatim će se otisnuti arci skenirati pod različitim rezolucijama kako bi se promatrala deformacija rasterskog elementa. Time će se ukazati na deformacije rasterskog elementa nastale tijekom pripreme i tiska. Na taj način pokušat će se utvrditi je li moguće kopirati mutirani rasterski element koji predstavlja svojevrsni pečat u smislu zaštitnog tiska. Skenirani dokumenti će se otisnuti u digitalnoj tehnici tiska ne bi li se pokušalo reproducirati početni otisak. Ukazat će se i na ostale mogućnosti zaštite tiskovnih proizvoda, s kojima se danas svakodnevno susrećemo.

Abstract in english: This thesis will talk about the ways how to protect the print media with reshaping of the screen elements. This thesis will examine the reshaping of the screen elements which significantly affects on the identity of the fingerprint and therefore is difficult to forge it. For the purpose of testing, several sheets will be printed with the different types of screen elements and with the corresponding angles and rulings. Then, the printed sheets will be scanned with different resolutions to observe deformation of the screen element. That will indicate on the deformation of the screen element which is formed during the preparation and printing. In this way will try to determine is it possible to copy the mutant screen element, which form itself contains the protective mark in the way of security printing. Scanned documents will be printed in digital printing technology in order to attempt to reproduce the initial printed sheets. Also the other types of protection which we encounter daily will be explained in this thesis.
