Abstract

Uz direktni tisak na tkaninu sve češće se koristi termalni transfer ink jet folija na tkaninu. To je metoda otiskivanja specijalnih višeslojnih folija koje je moguće otisnuti u tehnikama digitalnog tiska te primjenom temperature i tlaka prenijeti na tekstilnu podlogu. U ovom radu analiziran je transferni tisak „Cling folije“ pogodne za otiskivanje sa Ekosolventnim bojama (Roland Versa Camm), kao i njenu postojanost na veći broj pranja. Konkretno formirane tkanine prane su devet puta pri čemu su analizirane kolorne promjene nakon izvršenog svakog pranja na temperaturama od 40 i 90°C. Rezultati pokazuju da žuta boja kod Ink Jet-a sa Ekosolventnim bojama pri termalnom transferu najlošije podnosi mehaničke i kemijske promjene. Najizdržljivijom pokazala se magenta. Otisci koji su prani na temperaturi od 90°C u većini tonova doživljavaju manje odstupanja od otisaka pranim pri temperaturi od 40°C.

Abstract in english: Along with direct printing on fabric, thermal transfer Ink Jet is getting increasingly used for printing on textile. It's a method of printing on specialized multilayered foil which can be printed in any of tehnique of digital printing and applyed to textile by using temperature and pressure. In this paper, we analyze thermal transfer Cling folie capable for printing with Ecosolvent inks with Roland Versa Camm and their resistance on washing. Printed fabrics have been washed nine times at different temperatures (T=40°C i 90°C) and were analyzed their color changes. The results shows that yellow colour in Ecosolvent Ink Jet has the biggest change in tone, and it doesn't stand mechanical and chemical influence. While at the same time magenta shows the best reproductive quality. Prints that have been washed at the higher temeperature shows less deviation in color quailty.
