Abstract

Uvođenjem modeliranja i simuliranja kao metode učenja grafičke struke, unaprijeđuje se interaktivno savladavanje gradiva o današnjoj grafičkoj tehnologiji. Modeliranje virtualne tiskare omogućava razumijevanje ulančane proizvodnje oponašajući procese u tiskarstvu sa strojevima današnje i buduće generacije. Tradicionalno učenje tiskarske proizvodnje preskupo je i neefikasno ako se izučavaju različite situacije mogućih rješavanja zadatka. Cilj je stvoriti modele realne proizvodnje čime bi se studentima, đacima i inžinjerima omogućilo eksperimentiranje s modelima i bazama znanja o grafičkoj industriji. U ovom radu izrađuju se i istražuju novi virtualni modeli s kojima će se simulirati složeni zadaci u grafičkoj tehnologiji. Stvaranjem odgovarajućih modela koji detaljno uključuju varijable proizvodnje, vođenja i kreiranja alternativnih rješenja, unaprijediti će se izlaganje gradiva u području tiskarstva. Postavljaju se metode za aktivno i individualno učenje uvođenjem digitalnih baza podataka o trajanju svake faze grafičke proizvodnje. Izvodi se simulacijski eksperiment za model tiskarskog procesa izrade knjige s dvije boje na 2-bojnom i 4-bojnom ofsetnom stroju i za knjigu s četiri boje na 4-bojnom i 8-bojnom ofsetnom stroju. Projektiraju se i izvode simulacijski eksperimenti doradnih procesa sabiranja i uvezivanja araka žicom, pakiranja knjiga i vezanja trakom, paletiranja i ručnog vakumiranja paleta.

Abstract in english: Interactive studying about the present printing technology is advancing with the introduction of modeling and simulation as a method of learning graphic techology. Modeling of virtual printing house provides understanding of concatenated production by simulating processes in printing with the machines of today and future generations. Traditionally, learning of printing production is too expensive and inefficient if a variety of possible problem solving situations are studied. The aim is to create realistic models of production which will allow students and engineers to experiment with models and printing industry bases of knowledge. This paper creates and explores new virtual models that will simulate complex tasks in printing technology. With the creation of appropriate models that in details include production variables, managing and creating of alternative solutions, presentation of teaching material in the field of printing will be improved. Methods for active and individual learning are set by introducing digital databases on the duration of each phase of graphic production. Performs simulation experiment for model printing process of the book with two colors on two-color and four-color offset machine and a book with four colors in four -color and 8 -color offset machine. Designed and carried out simulation experiments of the dressing process of gathering and binding wire sheets, packaging and book binding tape, palletizing and manual evacuation palette .
